Our items are sold exclusively on ThemeForest marketplace. Themeforest is a marketplace for digital goods, mostly themes and templates for different platforms and software. Why ThemeForest you may ask? Well, they’re certainly the biggest marketplaces for such products on the web.

Yes. You can customize our items to fit the needs of your end product. For example: You could change the colors, text, and layout of a theme or convert an HTML template into a WordPress theme for a single client.
For the moment, no, but we’ll gladly respond to any presale question you have. We’re also planning to add a testing sandbox for our items to be tested prior purchase. That’s because we do believe in testing/trials before purchasing, however it’s a bit difficult to provide such feature for these type of items.
Support for our items includes:
- Responding to questions or problems regarding the item and its features
- Fixing bugs and reported issues
- Providing updates to ensure compatibility with the latest software versions
Item support does not include:
- Customization and installation services
- Support for third party software and plug-ins that are not bundled with the theme
I uploaded my theme and keep getting a message saying the theme is broken or that the stylesheet is missing, what do I do?
We are 100% confidential with our buyer’s credentials and you should not worry. We do however recommend creating temporary access details (for back-end or FTP). For example instead of providing us your personal account, try creating a temporary username like themeenergy_support which you can then disable after we solve the problems.
I’ve installed some third-party plugins and the theme/template just stopped working, can you fix it for me?
Unfortunately no. Also we can’t guarantee that all plugins will work with our themes and templates. We can also not be held responsible for third-party plugins and their functionality or customization.

Usually no programming knowledge is required. We always try to provide enough options and settings without bloating the theme with unnecessary code. However, you do need to know how to install WordPress on your domain.
Unfortunately not. HTML templates are not WordPress themes and cannot be used with WordPress without additional programming.
Yes they’re provided with sample and dummy data content in order to help you to easily replicate the theme’s demo structure. Please note that photos from the demo website are not included due to envato asset policy.
