If you get either of these messages it means that you have not uploaded the correct folder. Make sure that you are uploading the theme folder only, and NOT the entire downloaded zip file from ThemeForest. See this tutorial for further assistance.

For example instead of providing us your personal account, try creating a temporary username like themeenergy_support which you can then disable after we solve the problems.
